Schools are the entry point for the service, and families enrol their children in the activities and pay for them through the company's website. Docendo also provides a parent app for activity information, attendance tracking and communication, and sends bimonthly quality surveys by e-mail to the activities running in schools.

The company states that it serves more than 10,000 pupils in schools across Spain. It is hiring an extracurricular activities coordinator in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and an English extracurricular teacher for Alzira, L'Alcudia and Algemesí.
