Design Hill Shop

Design Hill Shop Oy runs a rest stop on the Helsinki–Turku motorway in Halikko, Finland, combining a retail shop, a café, a lunch restaurant and a local-food shelf. The shop sells lifestyle and home goods from Finnish and Scandinavian brands, including Marimekko, Finlayson, Fiskars, Iittala, Eva Solo and Alessi, in categories such as textiles, tableware, kitchen tools, cosmetics, sauna and spa products and gifts.

The café, operated under the name Café PetriS, serves coffee, house-made baked goods, daily salads and soups, and smoothies, with gluten-free and vegan options. Food is also packed to take away. The site also includes PetriS Chocolate and the Siideritalo Vaski cider house, and the shop stocks local food products from regional farmers and artisan producers. Customers are travellers on the motorway, local residents and groups, who can book tables in advance outside the June–August summer period and public holidays.

The company was founded in 2022 and is registered in Finland with its headquarters in Halikko.
