About Deafi

Deafi provides customer relations for deaf and hard-of-hearing people, using French Sign Language (LSF) video calls, LPC video calls, chat, automated live transcription and WhatsApp. Clients reach a company through its website or the Deafi app, and an interpreter can also translate live conversations between clients and staff, in person or remotely.
