Datamedcare

Datamedcare develops Adel Santé, a platform for telemonitoring and care coordination of patients with sleep apnoea and respiratory insufficiency. It covers follow-up of patients on PPC, VNI or O2 therapy, management of patients fitted with an OAM, and standard telemonitoring for patients on VNI and/or O2. A patient app, myAdel Patient, gives patients access to their treatment data. The company states that the platform is certified as a digital medical device for telemonitoring (HAS/ANS).

The platform is used by health professionals, home-care service providers and patients. Clinicians can follow patient adherence and sign prescriptions on the platform, while providers can centralise patient data and configure alerts. The platform is described as multi-manufacturer and multi-provider.

Founded in 2012, Datamedcare is based in Bordeaux and also has an office in Lyon. Its team of about twenty covers software development, customer relations, marketing and communication. Patient health data is stated to be hosted in France.
