DASH reality

DASH reality s.r.o. is a real estate agency that brokers the sale and rental of apartments, houses, land and other properties. Its website lists properties in Trenčín, Nové Mesto nad Váhom and Drietoma, and it also offers mortgage advisory, market-price confirmations for inheritance proceedings, legal services around property transactions, and rental management under a "Nájom Plus+" service.

Clients are property sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants. For sales the agency charges a commission of 3% to 5% of the price, with minimum fees set by price band (for example 1,500 € for properties priced 15,000 € to 30,000 €, and 5,000 € for properties priced 200,000 € and above). For rentals the commission is individual, based on the monthly rent, with a minimum of 300 €, normally charged to the landlord; under Nájom Plus+ the tenant pays the commission.

The company was founded in 2023 according to the business register and is based in Trenčín. Its website states that it is part of the Realitná únia association and works under its ethics code. It is recruiting real estate agents to work across Slovakia on a self-employed (živnosť) basis, with training offered in cooperation with the Slovak Real Estate Academy.
