About Dalux Finland

Dalux develops construction management software and a 3D BIM visualization engine that covers the building lifecycle from design to operation. Its products include Dalux BIM Viewer, Dalux Box (a common data environment), Dalux FIELD, Dalux InfraField for infrastructure projects, and Dalux FM for facility management.

The customers are owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers working on commercial, residential, healthcare, education and civil construction projects. Free project tiers are offered for BIM Viewer and Field Basic, alongside more comprehensive solutions.

Dalux was founded in 2005 in Copenhagen, Denmark, by Bent and Torben Dalgaard, who continue to lead it as CTO and CEO, and the company states it has no external investors. The Finnish entity, Dalux Finland Oy, is registered in Helsinki and was founded in 2021. The group reports users in more than 147 countries and states that all development is done in-house.
