DADAT is a direct bank brand of Schelhammer Capital Bank AG. Its online offering covers current accounts, savings, securities accounts and online brokerage, including savings plans in over 320 ETFs and stocks and trading in around 50 crypto assets via the DADAT Trading App and portal.

Its customers are private investors and savers in Austria. The bank also offers a settlement and custody (Depotbank) platform to licensed securities firms. Brokerage orders start at € 0 per order, and the securities account fee is waived for new private customers in 2026.

The DADAT brand entered the Austrian direct banking market in March 2017. The website states the bank had about 55,000 customers at the end of the previous year and executed around 750,000 securities orders in 2025. The company describes itself as an Austrian company.
