About D.K.C.
D.K.C. provides domestic and international road freight by truck using its own fleet of EURO 6 vehicles, along with forwarding services. At its site in Zvolen it operates a technical inspection station and emissions testing for all motor vehicle types, and it verifies and fits analogue and digital tachographs.
Its freight covers full-truckload and part-load shipments for customers across sectors including wood, construction, metallurgy, automotive and food. Main destinations are Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Spain, Slovenia, France and Austria. Other services include fuel sales, vehicle service, premises leasing and guarded parking for trucks.
The company was founded in 1992 and has operated in international truck transport since 1996, building on more than 60 years of experience from its original ČSAD predecessor. Its premises cover almost 40,000 m² on the Bratislava–Banská Bystrica–Košice motorway corridor in Zvolen. It employs more than 70 people, holds ISO 9001 certification and is a member of the ČESMAD Slovakia carriers' association. It is currently recruiting a driver for international road transport.
