About Cyberismo

Cyberismo is an open-source platform for cybersecurity management and compliance in software and product development. Security requirements, threat models, evidence and vulnerabilities are kept as linked content in a Git repository, and a logic engine evaluates compliance status against EU CRA, IEC 62443-4-1, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2, explaining each verdict. An MCP server lets AI assistants draft documentation, and the same tool runs in CI/CD pipelines.

The tool, its command line and the essential modules, including EU CRA Essentials, are free under AGPL-3.0. Revenue comes from Cyberismo Cloud, a hosted service in an isolated tenant with single sign-on and EU hosting, and from subscription modules for ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443-4-1, connectors for Jira and Dependency-Track, and training. The content modules are built from certification and audit projects run by the company's consultants.

Cyberismo Oy was founded in 2023 and is headquartered in Lempäälä, Finland. The approach behind the platform was published at eSAAM '24.
