About Curotech

Curotech develops FDVweb, a cloud-based operations and maintenance system for managing buildings and properties. Modules cover FDV documentation, BIM visualisation in operations, sustainability in operations, internal control and an AI function for service reports. A mobile app lets field technicians register deviations with descriptions, locations and photos, and create and assign work orders.

Customers include large Norwegian property companies as well as housing cooperatives and owners' associations. The system is built on a standardised REST API for integration with external systems. The company also offers FDVweb training: introductory and advanced courses, both in person and over Teams, plus customised courses for client teams.

Curotech was founded in 1998 and is registered in Kristiansand, Norway. The system is used on properties from Kirkenes to Lindesnes.
