Ctalk develops contact-centre and telephony software. Its products are Fire Contact Centre, a contact centre as a service (CCaaS) platform with AI-driven automation, integrated call recording, PCI-DSS compliance and multi-channel customer engagement; OnCallRota, which gives organisations a number that forwards inbound calls to their on-call team; AI Voice, for building automated speech applications through a web interface; and QuickScripts, a drag-and-drop tool for creating and managing call scripts.

Customers are organisations in health, local government, retail, financial services and transport and logistics, including the NHS and a UK fleet management company. Ctalk delivers projects in five steps, from a system demonstration and data gathering to planning, implementation and results review, with general projects averaging 8-12 weeks and support available 24/7.

The company was founded in 2009 by CEO Joe Richardson and is headquartered in Salford, UK. It describes a national and international customer base.
