About Crosby Composites
Crosby Composites designs and manufactures complex carbon fibre parts, including components and bodywork. Services cover conceptual design, bespoke tooling and manufacturing, with in-house kit-cutting, a laminating clean room, autoclaves, a CNC machine shop and spray painting.
Customers include Formula 1 and motorsport teams and automotive manufacturers producing hypercars; the company also works in medical and bespoke projects. It is hiring skilled and non-skilled production staff, including laminators, trimmers and painters, and trains new staff from scratch.
The business was started in 1982 by Paul Crosby as Crosby GRP in Silverstone and was renamed Crosby Composites in 1998 after moving to Brackley. A second production site in Wellingborough began operating in 2016 and the factory there was expanded in 2025. The company became employee owned in 2022 and holds ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 accreditations.
