About Cribl

Cribl builds the AI Platform for Telemetry. Its products include Cribl Stream, a pipeline for routing, reducing and enriching data; Cribl Edge, a collection agent with centralized fleet management; Cribl Search, for querying data in place; Cribl Lake, a storage product; and Cribl Detect, a SIEM. The company also offers an apps platform for building custom workflows on telemetry data.

Its customers are IT and security teams at large enterprises, and the company states it has more than 1,400 customers, including half of the Fortune 100. Products are sold under flexible pricing, with a consumption-based cloud model that uses Cribl Credits.

Cribl was formed in July 2018 in San Francisco by Clint Sharp, Ledion Bitincka and Dritan Bitincka. The company describes itself as remote-first. Its website reports more than $300M in annual recurring revenue and 1,000+ employees, and it announced a $319 million Series E at a $3.5 billion valuation in 2024. In July 2026 it announced the acquisition of CardinalOps. Open roles are mostly remote in the US, with sales engineering, product sales in EMEA and APAC, and engineering and security positions.
