Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy. Its customers are Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies and multilateral institutions, including Amazon, Citadel, Coca-Cola, the U.S. Department of Defense and USAID. Programs are sold as customized, employer-sponsored training, and the company is a prime contractor to the U.S. government. It also runs Amazon Career Choice technical tracks in 10 countries and the Tech for Jobs employment program in Jordan.

Correlation One was founded in 2015 by co-CEOs Rasheed Sabar and Sham Mustafa. The company reports more than 500K people trained and a network of 1,000+ industry experts who serve as coaches, teaching assistants and mentors.
