About Comeen
Comeen builds a workplace platform covering meeting room management, desk booking, visitor management, digital signage and workplace analytics. Room booking and check-in run inside Microsoft Teams and Google Chat, and the platform integrates with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and ServiceNow. It also includes an AI assistant and AI routing of reported workplace issues.
Customers are medium-sized to large enterprises; the company names Veolia, Colgate, Sanmina, Sanofi and Carrefour among them and cites more than 320 customers. Access is sold as plans with quote-based pricing, no minimum commitment and volume discounts as usage grows. The company states it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.
Comeen was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Bordeaux, with offices in Paris, New York and Austin. It raised a seed round of 1.2 million euros in 2020 from investors including Newfund and Bpifrance. LumApps has announced its acquisition of Comeen.
