About Coldins

Coldins Oy, based in Lahti, Finland, develops patented active/passive cooling insulation. The system allows heat to flow in one direction: it keeps heat out during the day and lets heat flow out at night to cool the interior. The panels are partially hollow, which reduces material use, and they can be installed with existing insulation materials and methods.

Applications include insulation boards, exterior insulation and finish systems, modular insulation systems and insulated construction elements. Target buildings include commercial and residential buildings, data centres and warehouses, with hot-climate markets as the focus. The company is preparing international pilot projects and commercial partnerships and is seeking strategic partners, pilot customers and investors.

The company was founded in 2021 and has validated its insulation concept through independent testing. It has offered new shares at 400 euros per share, with a maximum new share issue of up to 1,600,000 euros.

Product: Patented active/passive cooling insulation system for insulation boards, exterior insulation systems and modular building elements.
