About coffeecollective.dk
Coffee Collective roasts coffee daily and sells roasted coffee, brewing equipment such as AeroPress and Kalita drippers, and a monthly coffee subscription. The company says it trades directly with coffee farmers and pays prices above market level.
Its customers are webshop buyers, subscribers, guests of its coffee shops and wholesale partners, to whom it supplies roasted coffee. It also runs coffee shops and Collective Bakery, which bakes pastries for all of its coffee shops.
Coffee Collective was founded in 2007 by Peter Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen, and Rebecca Vang later joined as CEO. Its headquarters are on the top floor above the roastery and a coffee shop at Godthåbsvej. The company states it has approximately 150 employees and is hiring baristas for its coffee shops and a baker for Collective Bakery.
