Coffee Circle roasts specialty coffee in its own roastery in Berlin-Wedding and sells it through its online shop as whole beans, filter and espresso coffees, subscriptions and sample sets. The shop also carries brewing equipment and accessories from third-party brands such as Hario, Fellow and Acaia. The company states that it buys coffee directly from farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia and Kenya and donates 1 € per kg sold to projects in growing regions.

Customers include private coffee drinkers who buy online or visit its cafés, as well as offices, gastronomy and retailers, for whom the company offers B2B packages. The website presents the business as a combination of online retail, a roastery and cafés.

The company was founded in 2010 by Martin, Robert Bach and Moritz Waldstein-Wartenberg. Its roastery in Berlin-Wedding dates from 2016, its first café opened in Berlin in 2019, and it has been a Certified B Corporation since 2016. The website says more than 100 people from over 25 countries work in Berlin, and the open listings are for barista and café manager roles in Berlin and Munich.
