About CloudArc

CloudArc builds a virtual assistant that handles routine phone calls and repeated customer questions, such as booking or changing appointments. The assistant connects to the client's systems so that requests are processed within one workflow.

Customers are healthcare providers, service companies, e-shops and customer care teams. Automation is introduced in stages: CloudArc first analyses the calls and situations that cause delays, then automates the most repetitive ones and reviews call data to extend the scope over time.
