About Cloud Factory
Cloud Factory distributes Microsoft and Adobe cloud licences and other cloud products to Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Its cloud management platform covers customer and subscription management, a multi-vendor product catalogue, quoting, renewal automation, billing and an API. The catalogue also includes Acronis, ESET, Dropbox, Exclaimer and Keepit, and the company resells Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Customers are MSPs that order licences and manage billing through the partner portal, and they can offer the portal to their own customers under their own brand. Cloud Factory is a Microsoft distributor with Premium Support designation and an Adobe VIP distributor. The company lists more than 1000 partners.
Cloud Factory Oy is registered in Helsinki, Finland, and was founded in September 2025. The website describes 12 years of business and more than 70 employees across six countries. Riverside Acceleration Capital has been an investor since February 2024. Markets listed are Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
