Cloover offers an AI-based software platform for renewable energy projects that combines planning, procurement, financing and energy management. Its tools include installer CRM, project management, procurement and real-time energy monitoring. Product lines named on the site are solar systems, heat pumps, wallboxes, battery storage, air conditioning and energetic renovations.

The customers are homeowners, installers, equipment manufacturers and energy suppliers. Homeowners receive financing offers and a complete service package with no down payment, and installers get CRM, data analysis and project financing. The website does not describe the revenue model in detail.

The company is headed by co-founders Jodok, Peder and Valentin, with Vivek as CTO. It reports a $1.2 billion financing commitment and a $114M funding round, and opened an office in Vienna. Its job listings, 33 open roles, are mostly in Berlin and cover sales, engineering, product design, finance, energy operations and legal, with some roles in Vienna and Warsaw.
