Cleafy S.p.A. develops fraud management software for digital banking. Its Fraud Extended Detection and Response (FxDR) platform collects behavioural, device, identity and session events across web, mobile and API channels, and its Nyx agentic AI component runs automated investigation and bank-defined response actions.

The customers are banks, financial institutions and payment service providers, including digital banks. The website lists retail banking, corporate banking, digital payment and e-wallet services, and online loan providers as target segments. The company sells its platform as SaaS.

Founded in 2014 in Milan by alumni of the Polytechnic of Milan, the company reports 100+ employees in 10+ countries and a Milan address for its headquarters. Its LABS threat intelligence team publishes malware research. In 2023 it announced a €10 million funding round led by United Ventures. Open roles include solution engineering, engineering lead and technology partner positions in Milan and Monterrey, Mexico.
