Citymesh is a Belgian connectivity company. It builds and operates private 4G/5G and WiFi networks, fixed internet, mobile subscriptions, cloud telephony, IoT connectivity, temporary event networks, radio communication and drone services. The company describes its portfolio as 33 technological solutions.

Its customers are businesses and organisations in education, healthcare, the public sector, emergency services, industry, offshore, airports and ports, warehousing and logistics, and entertainment and event venues. Revenue comes from connectivity subscriptions and network solutions sold to these organisations. Consumer mobile and internet services are sold under the DIGI brand, which entered the Belgian B2C market at the end of 2024.

Citymesh was founded in 2006 to roll out large-scale WiFi networks for smart cities in Belgium. It has partnered with Nokia on private networks and 5G, and with Proximus on nationwide coverage. Cegeka is its majority shareholder. In 2025 it secured long-term senior debt financing of approximately €70 million from Apollo-managed funds to support the DIGI Belgium roll-out.
