CHETES

CHETES s.r.o. is a Czech municipal services company that manages, operates and maintains property and public services owned by the city of Cheb. Its service list covers waste collection, a waste collection yard, road and green-space maintenance, street cleaning, public lighting, traffic signage, building and flat maintenance, and an auto repair shop.

Its customers are primarily the city of Cheb and its residents; the city is the sole shareholder with 100% ownership. The company states it also provides services to other legal and natural persons and municipalities outside Cheb. The website does not describe a pricing model beyond a published price list for information requests.

The company was founded in 1997 as a successor to the former municipal budget organisation Technické služby města Chebu, and is based on the southern edge of Cheb in a former barracks complex. The website lists an open position for plumber-heating technicians at the Cheb site.
