Ceruus

Ceruus, operating as SmartKitchen, provides digital tools for professional kitchens: automated food-safety self-monitoring (omavalvonta), food-waste tracking, task management and monitoring of kitchen working conditions. The offering also includes integrations and product support.

Customers are foodservice operators, including Scandic Hotels, Ali Group, Burlodge, Rendisk, Combico, Palvelukeskus Helsinki, Bistro Bardot and Metos. Scandic states that it uses the solutions in all 200 of its hotels in Finland, Sweden and Germany, with rollout under way in its Norwegian and Polish hotels.
