Certified Security Operations Center GmbH provides managed security operations: 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR), incident response and digital forensics (DFIR), continuous vulnerability scanning, OT security and AV/EDR. Its AI system SIREN detects threats in real time alongside its analysts, and the company states that its security stack is built on open standards and open-source technology.
Customers are mid-sized companies (Mittelstand) that need to meet NIS-2 and DORA requirements. Offers are configured online in a Security Configurator with packages, SIEM choice and add-ons; the standard contract term is three months, cancellable at one month's notice to the end of a quarter. The company holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISAE 3402 attestations.
The company is a joint venture of TÜV TRUST IT GmbH (TÜV AUSTRIA group) and dhpg IT-Services GmbH, established in 2020. Its security operations centres are in Bornheim and Berlin, the latter opened in 2022. The CSOC technology has also been made available through TÜV AUSTRIA entities in the Czech Republic, Romania and Greece. Current openings are for a Linux system engineer, an IT forensic incident responder and a DevOps engineer, all based in Bornheim.
