About Cerebrica
Cerebrica s.r.o. develops Cerebrica Optimizer, an advanced planning and scheduling (APS) system. It connects directly to production data, creates and optimises production plans in real time, and adjusts the plan within seconds when production deviates from it. The system also predicts errors before they occur. The company describes it as an APS system that works natively with streaming data rather than static data snapshots.
The product is aimed at manufacturing companies that plan and run production lines. The website cites a reduction of machine downtime of up to 30%, an increase in machine utilisation of up to 10%, and re-planning in under 10 seconds. Lars Chemie is named as a customer where the Optimizer was developed and implemented within the Resist project.
Cerebrica was founded in 2020 and is based in Moravská Třebová, Czech Republic. Its CEO and founder is Zdeněk Havelka. The development of the Cerebrica Optimizer and its data foundation received support from the Pardubice Region's Technology Voucher programme in 2024 and 2025.
Product: Cerebrica Optimizer, an advanced planning and scheduling (APS) system that creates and reschedules production plans from live production data and predicts failures.
