About Centre Channel
Centre Channel is an independent eCommerce consultancy led by Mark Leach. Its services include a free two-minute Clarity Index, a one-day Board Session at £3,500, a four-to-six-week Clarity Diagnostic audit at £15,000, and Advisory from £8,000 a month, which is either a fractional eCommerce director or regular board briefings. The clients are consumer brands selling direct, with between £20M and £150M in scale, usually founder-led or private-equity backed and often on Shopify. Work is sold at fixed prices, with the fee invoiced once both sides agree the engagement. The consultancy states that it takes one new brand a quarter.
Mark Leach has about twenty years in eCommerce. He ran the eCommerce P&L at Missguided, ran the User Conversion agency, which was sold to Brainlabs, and later served as managing director of Brainlabs. The company was founded in 2023 and is based in the UK, with Manchester as its stated base.
