About Celsia
Celsia is an Oslo-based provider of sustainability reporting software for the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Its platform covers the steps from a double materiality assessment to the submission of a sustainability statement, combined with AI-powered tools and expert advisory support. The company states that its platform has supported the reporting of more than 39,000 non-financial data points, with 70–80% time savings compared with traditional methods.
Customers are organizations that must meet EU sustainability disclosure standards. The offering is sold as SaaS combined with advisory support, and the company says it monitors regulatory developments to keep reporting aligned with current requirements.
Celsia was founded in 2021. ISS-Corporate announced the acquisition of Celsia in April 2024, and the reporting platform is now offered alongside ISS-Corporate's materiality, benchmarking, climate and carbon accounting services on its Compass platform. Celsia is headquartered in Oslo.
Product: CSRD sustainability reporting platform with AI-powered tools and advisory support, covering materiality assessment through sustainability statement submission.
