About Causeway Securities
Causeway Securities designs and distributes structured investment solutions and funds for financial advisers. Bespoke products are built from underlying indices, counterparty options and product structures, and the firm manages the placement, events and payoffs of investments on advisers' behalf through its Causeway Portal.
Its customers are financial advisers and intermediaries, and the firm works with more than 20 issuers. Its US subsidiary, Causeway Securities LLC, acts as a distributor and selling agent of structured note products.
Causeway Securities Ltd was founded in 2016 and is registered in England and Wales with its registered office in London. It is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is also authorised in South Africa and, since March 2026, in Portugal and in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Regulated offices are in the UK, the US and South Africa. In September 2025 the firm acquired Levendi Investment Management.
Product: Bespoke structured investment solutions, a defined outcome fund range, and the Causeway Portal for investment monitoring and reporting.
