Gerantis provides property management services, including syndic (association) management of common areas, private property management for owners such as tenant follow-up and technical maintenance, and sales and rental brokerage through Ifac and Gerantis. Its dobby platform is used for financial reporting and decision-making.

Its customers are co-owners associations, residents and private property owners. Each client has a single local point of contact, and local offices draw on back-office lawyers, technicians and financial advisors. The website does not describe pricing or revenue terms.

The Gerantis network launched in 2019 and describes offices spread across Flanders, from the coast to the inland regions. At the time of the snapshot it listed 15 open roles, mainly Property Manager/Syndicus, Accounting Officer and Administration Officer positions in regions including Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Ostend, Leuven, Aalst and Brussels.
