About Cardinor
CardiNor develops and commercialises secretoneurin (SN) assays, including a CE-IVD ELISA for measuring the 33-amino acid peptide SN in blood. The company states the biomarker provides incremental prognostic information and risk stratification in cardiovascular disease. A bead-based SN assay for high-throughput platforms is in development, described as research-use-only first and then on the path to IVDR.
Customers are laboratories and cardiovascular research and diagnostic users worldwide. The assays are made available through partnerships and a global network of distributors.
CardiNor AS is a Norwegian diagnostics company founded in 2015 and located in Oslo, where it shares laboratory facilities with Pre Diagnostics. It is fully owned by IC Targets. Paula Lindner was appointed Chief Scientific Officer in June 2026.
Product: Secretoneurin CE-IVD ELISA assay for cardiovascular risk assessment, with a bead-based high-throughput assay in development.
