About Capital Partners
Capital Partners is a family-owned holding group headquartered in Lebanon. It runs five subsidiaries: Tawfeer International, a value retail group in Lebanon; Pro-Logistics, which provides warehousing, transport and distribution; Euroland, a non-food retail platform serving European markets; Bitar International, covering FMCG sourcing, food processing, packaging and regional distribution; and United Group, a commodity trading and strategic sourcing business.
Retail formats sell to consumers in Lebanon and Europe, and the logistics unit serves Group companies as well as third-party clients. The Group describes its model as vertically integrated, combining sourcing, processing, logistics, distribution, trading and retail.
The business began in Lebanon in 1943 as a food trading and distribution business run by the Bitar family. Tawfeer was launched in 2013. The Group reports more than 1,400 employees and 42 retail locations as of April 2026, with an operating footprint across the Middle East, GCC, Africa and Europe. Current openings include warehouse, store and category roles in Lebanon and in Sofia, Bulgaria.
