About Capacity
Capacity is a non-profit organisation based in Zurich, established in 2015 by a group of locals and people with migrant backgrounds. It runs two programmes, Access Fast Track for labour market integration and LEAP into Self-employment, for people with refugee or migrant backgrounds in Switzerland.
Access Fast Track targets highly qualified people looking for work in Switzerland; participants are paired with a Talent Coach and with volunteers from corporate partners. The website states 25–30 participants per cycle and 100–120 participants per year. Capacity also offers half- or full-day workshops for companies and HR expert training, and it is funded by combined support from donors and sponsors as well as participant contributions.
The website lists offices only in Zurich and publishes content in English and German. The current job listings are participant application calls for Access Fast Track and a volunteering opportunity in Zurich, not employment roles at Capacity itself.
Product: Access Fast Track labour market integration programme, LEAP into Self-employment programme, and workshops and HR training for companies.
