Cafler

Cafler develops Cafler OS, a workshop management platform for automotive aftersales. Its AI agents handle scheduling, customer messages on WhatsApp and voice, work orders, quotes, invoicing and parts ordering, and it connects to accounting and ERP tools and a parts marketplace.

Customers are independent workshops, workshop networks, dealerships, fleets and renters. The company offers tiered plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, Custom) that include a monthly AI token allowance, and it reports more than 1,200 connected workshops.

Cafler was founded in Barcelona in 2021 as a delegated vehicle pick-up and servicing service and later moved into its own software. The company lists Barcelona as its headquarters and says the platform is used in Spain, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, the USA, Chile, Costa Rica, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. Its open roles include product managers, business developers, operations and driver positions, with listings tagged to Paris and Barcelona offices.
