About C.A.R. FiberTec

C.A.R. FiberTec GmbH reprocesses carbon fibre waste into sorted secondary-market products, including short carbon fibres (CF TRIM), carbon powders (CF FLEX) and CFRP fine fillers (CF BASE). Its products reinforce plastics for large-series production with demanding technical requirements.

Customers are industrial users of composites in aerospace, automotive and wind energy, and the company also distributes through a sales cooperation with Grolman Group. The company supplies a secondary market for sorted, reprocessed quality products.

The company was founded on 3 March 2014 by Katrin Kopicki and Stefan Lauckner. It operates from the Stade-Ottenbeck industrial area with over 1,600 m² of production, storage and office space, running production in three shifts, and it lists 20 employees. It is currently hiring a procurement and logistics clerk and production staff.
