About byphone.co.uk

Byphone is a hosted VoIP phone system that brings a company's phone numbers and devices, personal and business, under one management portal. It can replace an existing phone system or run alongside it. Features include call flow tools such as ring groups, IVR and time conditions, WebRTC calling from any browser, softphones, desk phones from Snom, Yealink and Polycom, CRM integration, call analytics and call recording.

Its customers are businesses that use the hosted phone system and telecom partners who offer it to their own clients. Byphone is offered under tailored licensing, and the company runs a partner programme.

Byphone is built by Voxbit Limited, part of the Clarity Telecom Group, and is headquartered in Belfast. Voxbit's engineers have supplied telephone services since 2000, and they installed their first VoIP system in 2006. The platform is hosted in three data centres across the UK and Ireland, and the company reports more than 20 phone system and IT specialists. Open roles include a Channel Manager and a Senior Linux System Administrator.

Product: Hosted VoIP phone system with a drag-and-drop management portal, call flow tools, WebRTC, softphones, CRM integration, call analytics and call recording.
