Business By Nature

BusinessByNature GmbH offers services for daycare centres (Kitas) in Germany. The listed services include feasibility studies and demand analysis, planning and construction management, room design and equipment, corporate identity and web presence, and administrative support such as staffing, billing models and funding applications. The group also runs an academy for pedagogical concept work and training, and offers a supplier management tool for Kitas.

Customers are Kita projects and operators: organisations planning a new facility, changing sponsor, or running a Kita. The website describes services that can be taken from start to finish or for individual project steps. A non-profit independent provider (freier Träger) within the group operates facilities nationwide with a focus on nature experience, sustainability and digitalisation. The website does not state pricing or revenue details; it offers a non-binding initial consultation free of charge.

The website states that the company has carried out around 50 Kita projects in new facilities across Germany. The job postings list Nürnberg as a work location, and open roles cover project management, architecture, pedagogical staff in several Kitas, e-commerce data and application management, and interior design. The founding year is not stated on the website.
