About bunbo.de
Aquare Charter GmbH, operating under the BunBo brand, builds and rents bungalow houseboats (Hausboote) for holidays on Brandenburg and Mecklenburg lakes. The fleet of over 150 boats is built in the company's own shipyard in Plaue, and the boats are offered in electric, wood-stove and standard versions. Guests need no boat licence; they receive a briefing and a Charterschein for the trip.
Customers are holiday guests booking boats online for weekends or longer stays, including families, couples and groups; the company also offers boats for sale and corporate customer services. Revenue comes from boat charter, with weekend rates shown from 340 euros, plus extras such as paddle boards, dinghies and bicycles.
The company was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Plaue, Brandenburg, with rental stations in Brandenburg an der Havel, Zernsdorf, Lychen, Lindow and Havelberg. It is hiring for charter station management, charter staff, boatyard workers and seasonal cleaning staff.
Product: Bungalow houseboat charter for holidays on Brandenburg and Mecklenburg lakes, plus boat sales and a 55 m² holiday apartment in Zernsdorf.
