About BTR Personnel Services Finland
BTR Personnel Services Finland Oy is the Finnish entity of the BTR Group, a Nordic provider of Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and accounting services. The EOR service covers hiring, relocating and managing staff with employment, payroll and compliance in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. The PEO service covers payroll, benefits, compliance and risk management, and the accounting service covers bookkeeping, tax reporting and annual accounts.
Customers include foreign companies expanding into the Nordics or building remote teams there, and local companies that need financial expertise or help hiring foreign talent.
The group was founded in 1989 in Stockholm as an accounting firm and added Employer of Record services in 2012. It sold its payroll division to ADP in 2023. Offices are in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The Finnish company was founded on 2025-08-28. The careers page says the group hires for finance and human resources roles and internships, including when no specific vacancy is advertised.
