About Boa Concept

BOA Concept Group designs and installs intralogistics equipment: modular conveyors, order preparation and packing lines, palletizing and robotic picking, and the BOA Central software suite for real-time warehouse supervision. Its product range includes solutions for fulfilment, receiving and shipping, packing and transfer.

Its customers are logistics providers and retailers or distributors; the company cites Katoen Natie and Dilisco among its clients. Revenue comes from equipment and installation, with technical assistance and preventive maintenance offered through a support hotline, and from a rental conveyor offering called CAAS.

The company was founded in 2012 in Saint-Étienne, France, where it has its headquarters, and is listed on the Euronext Growth market of the Paris Stock Exchange. It acquired RobOptic, a robotics, vision and AI engineering firm, in 2022 and Easy Systems, a Belgian and Dutch transit systems specialist, in 2024. A Canadian subsidiary in Quebec was created in 2025. The company reports 240 equipped sites in 15 countries and a team of 140 experts.

Product: Modular intralogistics equipment (conveyors, order preparation, palletizing, robotic picking) and the BOA Central warehouse supervision software suite.
