BluewaveSuperpowers

BluewaveSuperpowers OÜ, trading as Bluewaves Boutique, builds custom AI agent skills, called Gizmos. Each skill is built for one specific task, bundled into plugins, and assembled into a private marketplace that a client's team can browse and extend.

Customers are European companies with 50–500 people whose processes still live in documents, inboxes and people's heads. The first engagement, called a Wave, is a fixed price of €25,000 and includes custom skills, plugins, a marketplace, EU AI Act compliance documentation and a working tool by week three. The company states it does not charge per-seat licences. It also offers a Gizmo Virtual Trainer and masterclasses on generative AI and compliance.

The company was founded in 2022 and is registered in Tallinn, Estonia. Its team works from Ericeira, Portugal, and Lisbon, and the site lists three team members: a creative technologist, an organisational psychologist and a cultural translator.
