About Bioteos
Bioteos measures and treats indoor air quality in commercial buildings. Its QAI audit collects CO₂, VOC, PM2.5, PM10, humidity and temperature data zone by zone with ZEPHYR connected sensors over at least 30 days, followed by a written expert diagnosis with prioritised recommendations. Where ventilation reaches its limits, it deploys OXYLON, a patented purifier that combines living microalgae with UV-C, after diagnosis.
The offer has four components: the audit, ZEPHYR sensors, OXYLON units and a multi-site platform with dashboards, alerts and exports for CSRD, HQE, WELL and BREEAM reporting. Target users are facility, HR and real estate teams in offices, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants and campuses.
