About BIOS construction
BIOS construction s.r.o. manufactures timber roof trusses (vazníky) and traditional carpentry rafters (krovy) using its own BIOS structural system. It also delivers turnkey roofs, covering roof coverings, gutters and sheet-metal work, and offers services such as a free site survey, 3D modelling and static assessment.
Customers are owners of family houses, developers and owners of commercial buildings in the Czech Republic. The company sells roof structures and roof installation. Its sister company BIOS wood s.r.o., which operates a timber trade and an e-shop at the same site in Dobříš, is a separate legal entity in the BIOS group.
The company was registered in 1994, and the BIOS brand traces its production back to 1965. Its headquarters and production site are in Dobříš, with a branch in Česká Lípa. The company states that it has built more than 21,000 roofs in the Czech Republic and holds the EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate. It is currently hiring for roofers, carpenters and sheet-metal workers, roof insulation workers and drivers.
