Billetto provides a self-service ticketing system for event organisers. Organisers create events, sell tickets online and on site through a point-of-sale system, manage registrations and attendees, and promote events through integrated marketing tools. The product also includes a checkout, an admin tool, mobile apps for organisers and scanners, and APIs for developers and partners.

Customers are event organisers, ranging from private individuals and associations to companies, as well as people who buy tickets through the Billetto event listings. The platform also supports wholesale and B2B ticket sales with flexible prices, discounts and payment terms.
