About Bill Kill

Bill Kill is a Norwegian payment institution under the supervision of Finanstilsynet. Its app lets users pay recurring bills such as rent, electricity and invoices by debit or credit card and earn card rewards on those payments. AI scanning reads an invoice from a photo and fills in the issuer, KID number, amount and due date, and the app supports eFaktura. Users log in with BankID.

Customers are private individuals and businesses. The +Biz plan covers business payments such as taxes, suppliers and fixed costs made by credit card. Pricing combines a free tier, paid plans from 99 NOK per month (Master) and 397 NOK per month (+Biz), and card transaction fees that depend on the plan and card type.

Bill Kill was founded in 2016 and headquartered in Oslo. It launched in Norway in March 2020 and reached profitability in 2024. It launched in Sweden in January 2025. The company is privately financed, has never raised venture capital and has a team of eight. The website states that it has handled over 2.3 billion NOK in transactions.
