About Bigblue

Bigblue provides outsourced warehousing and order fulfilment for e-commerce and retail brands, combined with a merchant software app. Services include order processing, returns handling, carrier connection, branded tracking, custom unboxing, inventory tracking across channels, and B2B order creation. Merchants connect their e-commerce platform through an API and a Shopify Plus pickup-point integration.

Customers are e-commerce and retail brands selling direct-to-consumer and to wholesale or retail partners. Pricing combines a fulfilment services fee, a subscription to the Bigblue app that is required to access fulfilment, and optional usage-based packs for conversion, delivery and returns; the fee falls as monthly order volume rises.

Bigblue was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Toulouse. Its warehouses are in Évreux, Tigery and Ferrières-en-Brie in France, Marchamalo near Tarragona in Spain, Thrapston in the United Kingdom and Dormagen in Germany. The company reports 24 million orders fulfilled from its warehouses in 2025. Open roles cover warehouse management, software engineering, product, and sales and account management in Paris, Madrid, Berlin and London.

Product: Outsourced e-commerce fulfilment and returns with a merchant app for order management, inventory tracking, branded delivery tracking and carrier selection.
