About BETTER HOTEL
BETTER HOTEL s.r.o. develops Better Hotel, a cloud hotel management system. It combines reception, reservations, channel management, a booking engine, warehouse, restaurant (gastro) and cash register modules with EET reporting in one interface. Other functions include online check-in, card verification and payment processing, guest communication by e-mail and SMS, housekeeping management and smart heating control.
Customers are hotels, pensions, apartments, hostels, restaurants, hotel chains and recreational resorts. The product is sold as a per-room monthly licence, starting at 150 CZK per room per month for the Premium tier, with VIP and individually priced tiers for larger operations. Prices are stated without VAT, and a 30-day free trial is offered.
The company was founded in 2014 and has its registered seat in Prague. The website states that the system is used by more than 350 hoteliers and by users in four countries, and that it integrates with more than 180 online sales portals, accounting, lock and payment systems. Updates are released at least every 14 days.
