BeRebel sells monthly car insurance in Italy priced by the kilometres driven. The policy has a monthly minimum that includes 200 km, and kilometres above that are settled at the end of the month. Customers renew month by month and can choose their coverages, with the insured vehicle value adjusting automatically.

The policy uses the RebelBot, a compact telematics device installed in the car battery. It records kilometres, assists in case of an accident, helps reconstruct claims and helps locate the parked car. The device is provided on free loan, its installation is mandatory when subscribing, and it must be returned when the contract ends. A mobile app shows kilometres, costs and policy documents, and the digital insurance certificate can be stored in a smartphone wallet. Policies can be bought on the company website. The company also lets customers offset their CO2 emissions by paying 50% of the amount, with the remainder covered by the company.
