Benedixus

Benedixus OÜ is a licensed financial institution in Tallinn, Estonia. Its escrow service has the company hold funds, documents or assets between a buyer and a seller until agreed conditions are met. It also offers B2B loans to non-financial companies, trust deposits in partner or other jurisdictions' banks, brokerage of receivables sales, private placement of bonds on behalf of clients, and creation of funds for clients' investment strategies.

Customers are international corporations and holdings, international trading companies, private and business portfolio investors, escrow transaction principals and financial institutions.
